About

Offline Arcade started as a shared folder of games our team kept recommending to each other. We were tired of opening a shiny title only to hit a login wall or a loading screen that spun forever on a weak connection. So we decided to write down what actually works offline and plays well.

Everything here is based on real sessions. We install a game, play it for several hours across different days, and only then write the review. If a game claims to be offline but secretly needs a connection for half its features, we say so.

We lean toward games that respect your time and your battery. That means clear controls, fair progression, and no constant nagging to go back online. Genre doesn't matter much to us: a tiny puzzle and a deep role-playing game can both earn a spot.

The site is independent. Nobody pays us to feature a title, and we buy or download the games ourselves like any other player.
